Inner East and Outer East Primary Care Partnerships Population and Place Profile 2009
The Population and Place Profile was developed collaboratively by the Inner and Outer East Primary Care Partnerships and provides an overview of the health and wellbeing status of the community in the Eastern Metropolitan Region. The purpose of the Population and Place Profile is to provide a strong evidence base within which health priorities are set and strategic actions addressing these priorities are formulated.
