Goal Directed Planning- Vocational training places- APPLY NOW!

The Department of Health are offering interested health and community services practitioners the opportunity to complete co-funded training in the Vocational Graduate Certificate Unit - Implement goal directed care planning.

The course is applicable for those community services and health practitioners who require a high level of knowledge or skills in the area of care planning in the following contexts:
•    provision of specialist services to clients with complex and diverse needs
•    act as a resource for other practitioners
•    provide practice supervision to staff
•    work intensively with clients.

Funding and Costs
As each training place is a co-funded place, agencies will be asked to contribute $200.00 for each practitioner attending the training. For successful applicants, all other costs will be funded through the care planning project.

Funding arrangements can be made for groups and special provisions will be made for those agencies that do not have capacity to contribute.
