Overcoming Barriers to HACC Eligibility for Aged Care Package Clients'. Guest speakers included Vicki Bayly of Boroondara City Council, Paul Zanatta of Aged and Community Care Victoria, George Pappas of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and Louise McGuire of the Victorian Department of Health. An informative panel discussion followed their presentations, which are attached. The Commonwealth also expressed a pleasing openness to further input on this subject.
